You really need to have more staff to be available to help customers. Even after requesting assistance, it took a good 10 minutes for someone to help. I keep hoping this Lowes will get better but it never does. Even before COVID, this store was consistently understaffed. Today there had been absolutely no cashiers and two of the four self-checkout computers went down.

If you just want to get something basic off the shelf you might be alright but heaven forbid you need to order any quantity of home improvement supply.

So I guess I got the assistant manager who had a lot of trouble trying to find out the status of my order. Took about 15 minutes to get an answer that they would deliver 4/21. I did notice that the store was extremely clean with clear , open aisles not blocked with overstock like competitor down the road . This store also appears to be better stocked with inventory as well . Prices are almost all exactly same as the Depot .... Neither of them are willing to lose a penny of profit by selling at the lowest price .

On 4/18 I checked on line and it showed my order out for delivery, however it was after 4 pm so I was wondering if they where still coming. I tried to call the store but after over 5 minutes of the phone ringing I hung up and decided to try their on line chat. The online chat is a robot which can't really answer anymore quests than you can get by checking on line.
So I tried the chat again which was useless and it directed me to a 1800 number. I called the 1800 which told me my order would be delivered on 4/18. Eventually I was able to speak to a person who apologized but told me my order was never loaded on the truck on 4/18 but could not help me with when my order would ship. So I left work during my lunch hour, drove the 20 minutes to the store to find out when my order that I placed on line would be delivered. That's right I had to drive to the store to get status of an order placed on line. So I get to the store they try and get the delivery manager who never returns the customer service reps phone.

I've attempted to get patio building supplies, deck building supplies, furniture etc. The individual departments either have no staff or the staff sends you to customer service or checkout who will not help you but send you back to the department. Not that I blame them as every single simple request is met with "you have to go to customer service". Customer service at which I have never seen more than two people working handles all returns, online orders, phone calls, requests for loading assistance and so on. The last time I went to pick up an order I spent a total of three hours waiting at three different locations. From now on we are saving ourselves a headache and going to Home Depot.
